We have opportunities for Savvy Productionistas to join our team! We’re looking for organized individuals who are creative, energetic, self-starters, and critical thinkers. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking and handling tight deadlines.
Candidate must also be 21 years or older, must be willing to travel (locally) and must have reliable transportation. Public relations, marketing, social media and events experience preferred, but not required. Also a plus if candidate is able to receive college credit (but not required).
Description:
Event Coordination & Production
• Help plan, coordinate and execute events
• Help with event set-up/break-down
• Provide assistance at all events
• Provide assistance where needed
Marketing/Social Media
• Help maintain blog/Web site and other social media such as Facebook and Twitter
• Help create and maintain databases for email listservs
• Help create promotional/event materials for events
• Assist with coordinating meetings
• Assist with the creation of budgets for events (when necessary)
• Help with the development of marketing collateral for Too Savvy
Public Relations
• Assist with press release writing
• Help create and write event briefs/proposals
• Assist in the development of promotional strategies for events
• Assist with publicity and promotion of events
• Assist with maintenance of media lists
• Help develop evaluation/measurement strategies for events
